Planning, hosting and generally being the front person for all guest related activities

Ensuring the expectation of every guest is achieved and substantially exceded

The skills you will require are:

Proven supervisory skills with experience in dealing with staff

Ability to plan and co-ordinate day to day operations

At least 3 years hospitality experience
