Guesthouse Administrator – Mashusha, Gaborone


Position:Guesthouse Administrator

We are currently looking for a Guesthouse Administrator for our Gaborone Bed & Breakfast.

Skills & Qualifications

– Should have a minimum of BGCSE (minimum C in maths and English)
– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
– Should be fluent in both Setswanna and English
– Should be computer literate (Microsoft office)
– Should have at least a 1 experience in the hospitality industry.


– Manning the reception area and taking enquiries and bookings.
– Taking care of and assisting guests.
– Making sure that the guesthouse is in a good state (cleanliness)
– Making payments to Tourism
– Registering all receipts and sales and preparing statements for BURS submissions. Etc.
