Help Desk Engineer (based in Lethlakane) and Field Engineers – IT IQ Botswana

We currently have vacancies for a help desk engineer (based in Lethlakane) and field support engineers.

Key Outputs:
Receiving and Logging calls Appropriately
Coordination of calls from start to end
Managing Escalations and Service Level Requirements
Conducting user satisfaction surveys
Generating accurate reports from helpdesk system
Provide user support
Use monitoring tools for alert management

Requirements
This person should have:
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good demonstration of customer service
• Technical background A+ N+ and ITIL as a minimum
• MS Office skills
• MS operating systems Win 7, 8, 10 knowledge
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
