Direct BPO offers a broad category of services which include contact center outsourcing, sales and retention and back office services.
Position Summary: This position is responsible for guiding and directing the overall provisions of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. Specifically this position oversees and directs all recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, change management and training programs for the company.
Minimum Education or Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Key Skills and Experience:
At least 3 years’ experience in HR Operations, compensation and benefits experience preferably within the call center, customer service, or any labor-intensive industry;
Experience of providing HR services to a high volume workplace;
