Main Purpose of the Job:

Reporting to the Corporate Services Executive, the incumbent’s responsibility will be to develop and implement a human resource strategy to ensure successful leadership and management of BoFiNet’s Human Capital.

Academic Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have attained the following:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or related area.

• At least Eight (8) years post qualification experience in a human resource environment of which three (3) years should have been served in a managerial position.
