 Job Description:
  • Talent management and management of the recruitment processes
  • Manage Internal and Employee Relations of the company
  • Advise Line Managers and Employees on proper procedures and practices in line with company policies
  • Compile periodic, statistical and project reports
  • Performance management assist managers through the process
  • Administration and document controlling
  • Aid in training, development and skills transfer of employees
  • Operate and participate in Human Resource related meetings
  • Manage and administer compensation and benefits control
  • Successfully implement HR systems, frameworks and processes
  • Contractor Management

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Honours advantageous)
  • 15 years’ minimum post graduate experience in mining or heavy industry
  • 5 years’ managerial experience
  • Solid experience in rolling out HR systems, frameworks and processes
  • Experience working with the Departments of immigration and Labour
  • Prior experience working with expatriates and applying for work/residence permits
  • Able to effectively conduct trend analysis and reporting
  • Previous IR and union experience and contractor management experience
  • Strictly for Motswana candidates
