The firm are looking for an ambitious Senior Manager to assist with the growth and development of the firm across Africa, ideally someone who can work in challenging markets and has experience in building and leading a team.

- Tax advisory and compliance in direct and indirect taxes (Income Tax, CGT, CTT, VAT, PAYE, OWT) ,
- Tax structuring, tax due diligence and tax consolidation planning and compliance.
- Tax transaction advisory and tax opinions as well as advising on tax support to matters associated with trusts and estates
- Employee compensation / remuneration / share and option planning
- Transfer pricing
The requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of International Tax experience (Big 4 / Mid-Tier preferred)
- A Master’s degree in Tax law, finance or Economics. A professional qualification is not required but highly advantageous
- Sound managerial skills as this position will be leading the Tax team and responsible for the training, development and assistance with delivery of projects
- Fluency in English required
