Job Description:

Main Purpose of the Job:

Reporting to the IT Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for transforming business needs into information technology systems requirements, coordinating system development, updates, implementation, maintenance, and first-level problem resolution.

Academic Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have attained the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related discipline

• Industry standard certification like SDLC and certifications on business analysis

• Proven experience in systems analysis and design

• Minimum Five (5) years post qualification experience in an IT environment of which three (3) years should have been in business application support.
