Job Title: Account Executives:

Main responsibilities

• Answer and manage customer inbound calls
• Attend to customer inquiries regarding products or services
• Re-route customer calls to appropriate personnel
• Conduct market research and field surveys for clients, products, and services
• Prepare sales reports
• Develop and maintain business relationships with policyholders
• Counsel and advice prospects and policyholders on matters of protection and coverage.

Minimum Requirements/Skills

• A certificate of Proficiency (C.O.P) in short-term Insurance from the Insurance Institute of South Africa or equivalent
• 1 year experience in sales or client service environment
• 1-year experience selling short-term insurance products in the business market
• Excellent communication, Interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines
• Computer Literacy – Word and Excel are an advantage.
