Administration Clerk (Compliance and Assets)

Brandz Unlimited is a Franchise Chain Store dealing in Sportswear Equipment of all popular brands, School Uniforms and Fragrances.

Brandz Unlimited is looking for results oriented, self-driven, team-playing, suitably qualified individuals to work as Administration Clerk (Compliance and Assets).

The objective of this position is to ensure appropriate administration and Compliance of the stores and employees in the Group

Key responsibilities of the job are:-

• Regular stock takes and audits.
• Dealing with customer and staff issues.
• Ensuring all store records are accurate and prepared timely.
• Ensuring compliance by all store managers and employees.
• Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed.
• Ensuring all stores are compliant with all national and local authority requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Must have experience in stock taking and finalization of Stock Takes.
• Must be computer literate
• Must have exceptional skills in MS office – specifically Excel
• Must be able to train staff
• Work under tight schedules with minimum supervision
• Leadership skills
• Excellent Communication skills in Setswana and English
• Must possess a driving license
• Must be willing to travel within Botswana
• Having Accommodation available in multiple areas is an added advantage.
