- Minimum qualification : Bachelors Degree (Agriculture economics).
- Preferred Qualification : Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
- Experience : 5 years Managerial experience in banking.
- COP in both long or short-term insurance.
- Knowledge of Banking Products.
- Experience in Risk Management.

- Develops and implements strategies to retain, grow and acquire assets according to set targets.
- Develops and implements strategies to retain, grow and acquire Liabilities according to set targets.
- Develops and implements strategy to drive NIR growth to meet set targets.
- Reviews pricing of existing facilities and ensures new facilities are priced to meet profitability benchmarks
- Provides input into the preparation of the sub-segment budget and monitor performance.
- Develops and implements strategy for selecting customers.
- Conducts customer engagement to understand client needs and identifies opportunities for cross selling customer
- Develops and Implements Client value proposition.
- Maintains heathy Client Bank relationship.
- Meets Customer and exceed customer expectations.
- Ensures the resolution of customer queries that are escalated.
- Ensures that expired limits to remain within set thresholds.
- Ensures provisions are kept within set levels.
- Maintains NPL’s at set levels.
- Ensures clean internal and external audit.
- Ensures compliance with all statutory, legal, regulatory, policy and risk frameworks of the bank.
- Manages the performance of team.
- Identifies training needs of the team members.
- Ensures team members have the information required to execute their responsibilities effectively.
- Supports the team members in meeting their PDP.
- Manages own personal development.
