Main Purpose of the Job:

Reporting to the Strategy Specialist, the incumbent will facilitate and support strategy formulation and implementation and performance monitoring. The incumbent will ,in line with the implementation management process, support cascading and alignment of actionable strategies to enhance performance across the company. They will consolidate strategy performance reports, analyze them and ensure that they effectively reflect performance in a coherent and easy-to-understand format. Over and above these, they will continuously support implementation of organizational change management initiatives.

1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Support the strategy management process by communicating, cascading the strategy and aligning business units/departments/sections/individuals to give effect to organizational strategy.
▪ Communicate the strategy, vision, mission and values with vigour, charisma, clarity, purpose and meaning.
▪ Design performance management templates and measurements in line with the strategic deliverables and objectives in line with the performance management systems.
▪ Translate overall organizational objectives into business unit/individual performance objectives.
▪ Coordinate performance across the organizational units by monitoring, consolidating and analyzing performance reports in line with the strategic goals.
▪ Identify, analyse and integrate business and economic data and trends into basic reports and propose and/or recommend strategies/actions to inform the strategic direction for BoFiNet.

4. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration and/or Management or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a strategy management environment will be an added advantage.
