Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency (CEDA) is searching for a commercially astute and customer oriented individual to fill the position of Branch Manager in Gaborone:
The position reports to the Head, Branch Network
Main purpose of the job:
Responsible for total Branch performance. This covers operations activities (lending, product sales, financial management, relationship management, customer experience, collections, active participation in projects monitoring and evaluation) security, health and safety.
People management and development for all Branch staff. Collaboration with other internal stakeholders for community outreach to increase the Agency’s visibility in the area as well as supporting shareholder regional engagement programmes.

•Performance reporting on the key deliverables of the Branch

Position Requirements:
Education: Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship or related area.
Experience: At least five years’ post graduate experience in project appraisal/credit assessment in a financial institution or as a corporate lending or relationship manager in a commercial bank operating at middle management level.
