Business Consultant
JOB PURPOSE
Is responsible for speaking with clients and potential customers to help them learn about Legal Guard products and services. The incumbent is also responsible for building good relationships with new and existing clients to try and ensure their business in the future.

The successful candidate should have the following:
- Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
- COP is an added advantage.
- 2 years in sales and marketing preferably financial services/ sales, and marketing environment of which 1 year should have been Client Liaison.
- Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.
- Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers’ needs and concerns.
- Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
- Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Motivating leadership quality and should believe in teamwork and collective efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Create compelling sales pitches.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various products and services.
- Describe products and services and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers.
- Find potential customers through networking and or industry research to increase sales.
- Per form research on the competition’s services.
- Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.
- Monitor the impact of the marketing strategies adapted on the sales of the product and make necessary amendments in the strategies.
- Help the marketing team in organizing events and exhibitions for the promotion of products and capture potential markets.
- Conducting promotional/sales activities.
- Prepare monthly expenditure report of the promotion’s events and all types of expenses involved in marketing/selling a product/service.
- Perform any other duty that may be delegated to incumbent.
