KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Answering incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
• Manage and reslove customer complaints
• Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
• Indentify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide products and service information to customers
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
• Upsell products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient in English
• Basic computer skills
• 1-3 years’ experience in a call center environment and/or customer service role
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under very busy conditions.
