CASHIER/CLERK – Water Master (Pty) Ltd

JOB DESCRIPTION: TITLE: CASHIER/CLERK

REPORTS TO: ASSISTANT MANAGER AND DIRECTOR

TO START: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Water Master (PTY) LTD requires the services of a well-experienced Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• dealing with customers on a daily basis
• receiving payments and issuing receipts and invoices
• keeping track of all cash and credit transactions
• issuing quotations on different products and services
• making and receiving customer phone calls
• receiving stock from suppliers
• checking stock and doing stock takes
• maintaining shop standards and keeping the shop and premises clean and tidy
• dealing with cash money
• helping customers and resolving customer complaints and maintaining knowledge of the shop and sales policies

Qualifications:

• BGCSE

Requirements:

• Botswana Citizen (Motswana)
• Minimum 1 Years work experience as Cashier or in any customer service position
• Fluent in both English and Setswana
• Computer skills and familiarity with POS software
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Show ability to work retail hours (during weekends)
