An upcoming restaurant specializing in Indian Fusion Foods is looking for a number of CHEFS who can specialize in their field of cooking. We would like to recruit the following:
- TANDOOR SPECIALIST, MUGHLAI & NORTH INDIAN CUISINE
- SOUTH INDIAN SPECIALISING IN ALL TYPES OF IDLI, DOSA, SAMBARS, UTTAPPAM & EMIRATI& INDO CHINA
- CHAAT SPECIALIST, SPECIALISING IN PAPRI CHAAT, SEV PURI, BHEL PURI PAANI PURI etc
We are looking for experienced, creative, and passionate chefs to join our team. The Chefs will run the back-of-house. They will manage the daily operations of the kitchen and oversee the kitchen staff to ensure that the highest quality of cuisine is served to our guests, and to ensure that all food and labour cost goals are met.

We are looking at chefs who are passion-driven and have the experience rather than degree holders
- 3+ year experience in a back-of-house management position
- Significant experience as a chef, in addition to experience as a sous chef, or line cook
- Strong attention to detail
- Creativity
- Able to maintain a big-picture view of the happenings in the kitchen
- Ability to remain productivity when being pulled in many different directions
