Basic requirement:

• Hold diploma and degrees relevant to the company’s business;
• Have at least 10 years working experience in the field of construction and management;
• Good command of bi-lingual in English and Chinese for the candidate is highly desirable
• BQA accreditation
• Familiar with China-Africa forum’s policy and programming
• Knowledge and experience to travel to other countries

Problem solving independently, ability to think strategically, committed, flexible, self-motivating, respectful of other. Provide input into the strategy and projects, build relationship, influence and integrate with key stakeholders, drive country scorecard and meet targets.

Project manager, engineering department manager, tendering coordinator, foreign language coordinator, procurement manager, chief engineer, build and design engineer, road and bridge engineer, underground and tunnel engineer, site agent, project and site engineer, site manager, contract manager, mechanical engineer/equipment manager, surveyor, workshop manager, coordinator for subcontractors’ works, quantity surveyor / estimator, business manager, junior and senior technicians for all trades, general foremen working in the fields of building and civil engineering construction works /water supplying works as well as Chinese Cooks for Chinese cuisine:
