As ENTRA TECHNOLOGIES, we are looking for a Client Relations Officer to handle our customer service department. Responsibilities for the officer are as follows:
– Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided.
– Achieving client relationship targets as set by the supervisor.
– Responding to our clients on a daily basis.
– Do weekly reports of clients who got assisted with their requests.
– Answer all questions and inquiries from clients about service provided and assist them accordingly.

Background requirements for the role:
– Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
– Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
– Previous experience working as a customer service officer or a track record of managing client relationships.
– A customer-oriented attitude.
– Problem-solving attitude.
