We are looking for dynamic and energetic individuals to fill the following 24 months FTC positions

 

CLIENT SERVICE CONSULTANT X 2

(Tenable in Gaborone & Maun)

THE CANDIDATE

Reporting to the Client Service Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for processing retail claims, maintain client policies and handle client queries.

THE ROLE

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Maintain and update client policies.
• Process claims and payments within specified turnaround times.
• Process policy movements for refunds, loans and surrenders
• Handle client enquiries and queries.
• Assist clients with completion of application forms.
• Provide policy contracts to clients.
• Ensure proper records maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Business Studies or any related field or Diploma in a business related course with 2 years’ experience long term insurance administration or client service.
• Computer Literacy course
• COP will be added advantage
