REAL DEBT RECOVERY

 

RDR is looking for suitably qualified individuals to join a team of dynamic and talented professionals.

The candidates must have.

• Extensive experience in working as a collection agent within a Financial Institution
• Must have detailed knowledge of Excalibur or any automated debt collection management system
• Sound knowledge of collection practices, regulations and procedures, and telephone mannerisms

• Solid understanding of repayment schedules and bad debt management
• Proficient in preventing losses, controlling delinquent balances and collecting delinquent accounts

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Monitoring assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Overseeing and tackling questions or complaints that customers may have
• Carrying out investigations and coming up with plans to resolve discrepancies
• Negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans

• Adhering strictly to customer policies and procedures
• Closing a specific number of collection accounts in a specific amount of time to meet the assigned target
• Locating and interacting with debtors and implementing repayment schedules and terms
• Keeping and maintaining debtors book to ensure that the debt status is accurate and up-to-date

QUALIFICATIONS

• minimum BGCSE/IGCSE or equivalent
• Degree/ Diploma from a recognized Institution of higher learning in any field.
