Reporting to the Supervisor, Client Services the incumbents will be responsible for implementing customer service standards, provide advice, process application to open/close accounts and loan application under Bank and third-party loans schemes in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Implement customer service processes, procedures and standards.
• Open/Close accounts and loan applications according to set procedures and standards.
• Efficiency and accuracy in processing loan applications and compliance with procedures.
• Recommend loan approval.
• Monitor and analyze loan trends and propose changes to the processes, systems and procedures.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and usage to client.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidates must be/have the following:
• Diploma in Banking/Accounting/ Finance or equivalent in a related field.
• Associated membership of the Botswana Institute of Bankers is an added advantage.
• Three years post qualification experience in sales environment in a Financial institution.
