⦁ Analyses the divisional area’s financial needs to develop a budget and ensure sufficient
⦁ financial resources to meet business needs.
⦁ Develops, manages and controls allocated funds and operates within approved
⦁ parameters.
⦁ Implements Brand Management process to guide internal stakeholders in the use of
⦁ company brand.
⦁ Creates and maintains excellent company image through living and promoting the MCM
⦁ values.
⦁ Reviews and monitors the effectiveness of Public Relations and internal communication
⦁ platforms and makes recommendations to management.
⦁ Manages and coordinates internal and external stakeholder events in line with Public and
⦁ Corporate Affairs frameworks.
⦁ Develops and manages content and placement for all advertising and promotional
⦁ materials in line with corporate communication plan and brand standards.
⦁ Identifies and manages the implementation of and adherence to legal and corporate
⦁ governance principles/requirements.
⦁ Manages and coordinates the implementation of safety, health and environmental
⦁ programme in the area of responsibility.
⦁ Identifies and implements creative and innovative ideas to continuously improve and
⦁ sustain business performance.
⦁ Manages the implementation of talent management initiatives in the area of responsibility
⦁ by ensuring the right competence and effectiveness of manpower (capacity building)
⦁ through developing and implementing career, succession, training, and development
⦁ plans.
⦁ Establishes and maintains effective relationships with all key stakeholders and partners to
⦁ ensure achievement of business objectives.
