First-Aid Counselling is looking for counselling professionals with excellent problem-solving skills who are committed to helping people better their lives. This position requires a highly
analytical mindset and the ability to understand people on a psychoanalytic level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Offering one-on-one tele-counselling, counselling via chat and online counselling.
• Offering services to all age groups.
• Assessing patients and identifying their problems.
• Keeping a detailed account of patient mental health history.
• Scheduling patient consultations.
• Organizing a long-term counselling plan that involves multiple consultations.
• Evaluating patient responses to treatment over time.
• Engaging in discussion with patients and making them feel comfortable.
• Being patient and building relationships based on trust.
REQUIREMENTS :
• Minimum Degree in Counselling, Psychology or Clinical Social work.
• Membership of Professional Association (Added Advantage)
Skills:
• Good observational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients.
• Highly analytical mindset.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years or more
