JOB SUMMARY
To provide assistance to the Loans Officers by attending to client’s information requests and queries on loan limits and supporting documentation(s) requirements, and vetting applications received before escalating for the review and approval.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves customers over the counter and explains products and services to them.
- Assists customers over the phone for enquiries related to loans services.
- Compiles documentation required for loan processing.
- Gives customers feedback on the enquiries they have made telephonically and attends to the complaints register which is a requirement by the regulator.
- Attends to loan applications sent online.
- Liaises with branch offices to seek any clarity regarding applications sent by their offices.
- Provides advise to customers on the amounts they qualify for after checking their payslips before they can apply for loans.
- Checks balances for customers and advises accordingly on top-up funds as and when requested by customers.
- Responds to requests and queries from Call Centre before escalating to Loans Officer.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Dearee/Diploma in Business or related field.
- At least two years in sales preferably in a financial services
environment.
