Main Purpose of the Job:
Initiates the claims assessment process by receiving applications for claims from members of the public and ensures that all documentation and supporting evidence is attached in order to ensure quick processing of claims.
Position Requirements
- Degree in Social Science. Health or Business related with a customer service background.
Relevant Experience
- 0-2 years relevant experience in a customer services role.
