DIRECT SALES AGENTS – MAUN
REPORTS TO
•Consumer Service Centre Manager

JOB PURPOSE

•The position holder will be responsible for originating new business, retaining current business and selling the Bank’s Retail Loans Products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Visiting current and potential customers to evaluate needs and to promote bank products and services.
•Follow up of leads resulting from field activities.
•Preparation of sales plan and schedules to meet or exceed sales goals.
•Preparation and submissions of sales applications
•Maintain customer relationships and retention.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

•BGCSE Certificate minimum
•Minimum 1 year sales experience
•COP would be an added advantage

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

•Retail sales experience
•Good communication and negotiation skills
•Good interpersonal skills
•Microsoft Office skills

REMUNERATION

•Commission based
