Radical Investments Pty Ltd t/a Flotek Pipes and irrigation. a well-established PVC Pipe & Tank manufacturing company having operations in Lobatse, Gaborone and Ramotswa is looking for the services of qualified persons for the following vacancy

Electronic and Plant Manager

The applicant should have a Degree/ Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or any related field with a minimum of 20 years’ post purification experience with at least 10 years’ experience at a management level particularly in the ISO accredited plastic manufacturing environment specializing with CPVC/PVC/HDPE/ LDPE Pipes and fittings. The candidate MUST have knowledge and experience in working with AMC, Rolepaal, Theysohn and Kabra Extruders and downstream equipment. Furthermore, the candidate MUST be registered with Engineers Registration Board (ERB). The candidate must have experience in synchronizing the downstream equipment with Extruders and other ancillary machines, knowledge of PLC Programming ts a must. The candidate should be able to provide supervision, planning, development and execution of installation and commissioning of extrusion and electronic related equipment projects: undertake maintenance and troubleshooting of the extrusion equipment as well as developing performance improvement initiatives to enhance production output of the equipment. Managing and developing training programs for a team of diverse junior engineers and technicians working in the electrical, electronics and maintenance fields to improve production output and quality. The applicant should be willing to work in shifts and should be available on call.
