The Botswana Defence Force is looking forward to employ suitably qualified Non-Uniformed Personnel for the following positions:

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY D4 X3

Qualifications National Diploma / Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies or related field

Experience

At least six (6) years’ relevant experience, two (2) of which should have been served as Senior Personal Secretary C1 salary scale

Salary scale D4 (P232,140 – P255,876)

Leave 30 working days per annum

Job purpose

To provide secretarial and administrative services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintain the supervisor’s diary, schedule appointments and meetings.
2. Maintain confidential files, correspondences and other related materials.
3. Research, collate and summarize information as needed by the supervisor.
4. Handle and transmit telephone calls for the supervisor.
5. Undertake any other duties as directed by management.
