Job Description
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department, maintaining Front Office and brand standards ensuring excellent Guest Satisfaction.
This will include managing the performance of the Front Office Team: Identifying training needs and implementing on the Job training schedules, implementing policies and procedures and ensuring they are adhered to Implement strategies to maximise revenues whilst offering value for money.

Motivate your department to perform at its best and ensure there are good working relations between all departments. You may be required to work at any of the other properties within our group of hotels.
Qualifications
College qualification in hotel management or related field would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar management or supervisory role
• Excellent knowledge of Micros and Opera will be an advantage
• Passion for leadership
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written
