Job Summary:
As a General Physician at Agile Private Hospital Selibe Phikwe, the role involves conducting thorough medical examinations, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused General Physician to contribute to the well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
❖ Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and assessments of patients.
❖ Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, including chronic and acute illnesses.
❖ Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on their medical history, symptoms, and diagnostic findings.
❖ Prescribe medications and other therapeutic interventions as needed.
❖ Provide preventive care services, including vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
❖ Promote healthy living and disease prevention within the community.
❖ Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
❖ Consult with and refer patients to specialists as necessary.
Educate patients about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
❖ Ensure clear communication of medical information to patients and their families.
❖ Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
❖ Ensure compliance with documentation standards and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:
❖ Medical degree from an accredited institution.
❖ Registration with the Botswana Health Professions Council
