POSITION: GENERAL & TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER

Reporting to the Regional General Manager ROLE:

Responsible to the Regional General Manager for the overall management, planning, supervision and operations of the laboratory Ensuring that efficient, effective and high quality analytical services are provided in order to meet client’s needs and expectations,

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Analytical Chemist with Chemistry relevant degree and a minimum of 15 years work experience including extensive technical support to the mining industry at management level.

Applicants must also prove knowledge of ISO Standards, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and extensive computer and management skills,

Possess a clean driver’s license and be willing to be based on a mining site,

Applicants must have practical experience of method validation Very good hands-on analytical skills.
