GROUP CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Candidate should have a Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Social Economics Development and at least be in possession of a Bachelor of Arts in Social, Economics or related degrees. Valid Driver’s license, and willing to operate over the entire project field based in various part of Botswana.

Requirements

The Prospective Candidate must have the following,

1. Developed and implemented Strategic Economic Development Planning
2. in Catalyst Project Development and Management
3. Insight and experience with traditional and rural community Development CSR.
4. Experience in various Social enterprising development
5. African Based Economic development modus-operand
6. Private Sector Negotiations and Fund Raising
7. Proven entrepreneurial Skills
8. Government and Local Government Negotiations and Economic Development Operational Experience
9. Financial Management and Reporting
10. Experience as Executive at Board Level (exposure to State Owned Entity Executive level and added advantage)
11. Experience in Mentorship

The position requires long hours and extensive travelling.
