Job Purpose
To research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets for BMC.
Principal Accountabilities
1.Business Development & Strategic Planning
- Advise and implement new and/or alternative means of revenue generation within BMC
- Closely monitoring the efficiency of the business operations

Devise ways and means to ensure competitive edge of our products

Working in line with Sales and Distribution department, to monitor product performance in different markets

Participate in strategic planning processes and oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with BMC’ strategy
2.Customer relationship Management & Communications
- Build strategic business relationship with customers
- Serves as a liaison officer for customers and business’ stakeholder
3.Brand Management

Position Requirements
Education
Degree in any business-related course, marketing & communications, strategic planning from a recognizable university. MBA or MSc Strategic management will serve as an added advantage
Ten years’ experience in Business Development which 5 years’ experience must have been at senior management level.
