Job Description
You will serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by ensuring that all guests and visitors are warmly and courteously welcomed. You are the face of The Regent Group of Hotels and should be able to anticipate needs, and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner, you need to take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues related to the office reception area and administrative related are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis. You will be responsible for ensuring a warm and friendly environment for our guests.
Qualifications
• Certificate in Tourism or Hospitality would be an advantage
• Experience Receptionist advantage
• Knowledge of Opera
• Good understanding in customer service roles
• Good communication skill
• Good English in spoken skill
• Botswana Nationality required
