Human Resource Administrator





 

A reputable company seeks the services of a qualified, result orientated and self-driven individual for the position of Human Resource Administrator.

JOB SUMMARY

To perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. The candidate will also
support our Human Resources Department in duties such as: maintaining personnel records,
preparing and managing HR documents (e.g employment records) and updating internal databases (e.g. leave records), assisting payroll department by providing relevant employee
information, dealing with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules and regulations and performing any other administrative task assigned to by management.




The position requires a candidate with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle
sensitive information confidentially.

REQUIREMENTS

 The candidate should have at least a diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent




 Should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience
 Candidate must have knowledge on Botswana Labour Laws
 Must possess strong interpersonal skills
 Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with
employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
 Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skilfully gather and analyse information
 Must have a driver’s license
