BPOSACCOS was registered as a Savings & Credit Co-Operative Society in 2013. It offers Loans, Savings,
Funeral Cover services to members of the Cooperative Society.
BPOSACCOS invites suitably qualified, experienced, innovative, result-oriented and self-driven individuals who are citizens of Botswana to apply for the following position tenable at BPOSACCOS. BPOSACCOS

HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
To provide leadership in the human resources functions; which include recruitment and selection, payroll
management, compensation and benefits, industrial relations and other related duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing, coordinates and supervises the functions of the Human Resources, administration and
Office Operations;
• Managing the daily tasks of the SACCOS by providing administrative support.
• Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization;
• Manage the processing of all administrative requests and queries to ensure timely response;
• Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times;
• Ensuring that the procurement process is followed and adhered to in line with the set procurement procedures
• Maintaining office equipment, transport, and general company property and premises are in good order;
• Ensuring the security of equipment premises and staff;
• Ensuring the company provides efficient office reception and telephone services;
• Ensuring insurance, licenses and lease agreements are up to date;
• Assisting with keeping accurate and up-to-date asset register and track asset movement;
• Supervising and managing office records in line with statutory requirements;
• Supervising recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts, and managing the hiring process;
• Processing salaries and wages data and related information on a monthly basis into the VIP Payroll system
and attend to all queries;
• Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with the company, including employee safety, welfare, wellness & health;
• Attending to all grievances and conducting disciplinary hearings according to the company policy and
procedure; and
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Social Sciences or a related field.
• Eight (8) to ten (10) years experience as a Human Resources and Admin Officer.
