HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (GENERIC)
Accountable to the Manager, Recruitment/Training and Organizational Development/Employee Relations and Welfare, the incumbent will be responsible for the following among others;
i. Provide HR administration services to ensure implementation of the University’s procedures.

The right candidate must meet the following minimum requirements, among others;
i. Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology or any related discipline from a recognized Institution.
ii. Possess two (2) years’ work related experience.
iii.Knowledge of Local Employment act and relevant law and HR administration.

These include motor vehicle purchase advance scheme, an optional 50% funded medical aid plan and group life assurance scheme. In addition, pensionable staff are offered a contributory pension scheme while contract staff are offered a gratuity of 25% of basic salary after successful completion of a two-year contract.
