HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (GENERIC)

JOB PURPOSE




Accountable to the Manager, Recruitment/Training and Organizational Development/Employee Relations and Welfare, the incumbent will be responsible for the following among others;

i. Provide HR administration services to ensure implementation of the University’s procedures.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The right candidate must meet the following minimum requirements, among others;

i. Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology or any related discipline from a recognized Institution.







ii. Possess two (2) years’ work related experience.

iii.Knowledge of Local Employment act and relevant law and HR administration.
