JOB TITLE: INTERN: ADMINISTRATION
Location: BPOMAS Office, Gaborone

PURPOSE OF JOB:

Managing the front desk, providing necessary support for efficient day-to-day operations, excellent customer service, being a reliable and trustworthy point of contact, and liaising internally with the team to serve clients timeously.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Responsible for administrative duties as assigned, including preparation of reports as directed.
b Support business operations and contribute to the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
c. Manage office inventory and purchasing of supplies.
d. Administer all occupational health and safety practices for the office.
e. Welcoming guests and handling all telephone inquiries in line with corporate behaviors.
f. Front office client services and direction of visitors to relevant departments.
g. Ensuring the office operates efficiently and supervising both logistics and office cleaning, managing outsourced administrative services.

Qualifications:

⦁ A diploma in Administration, Secretarial Services or Public Relations, Degree in Business Administration would be an added advantage, from a duly accredited institution.

Experience:

⦁ 1-2 years of experience is required in a business environment.
