Bobcat / Forklift operator	Valid forklift and drivers license	5 years operating experience
Boiler operator	JC School	3 years boiler experience
Weigh bridge administrator	JC School	3 years weighbridge or logistics experience
Electrician	National Craft Certificate	7 years milling electrical experience
Artisan / Boiler maker	National Craft Certificate	3 years boiler experience
Artisan / Fitter	National Craft Certificate	7 years milling artisan experience
NIR Operator / Lab Assistant	3 year degree	3 years lab experience
