JUNIOR RESERVATION AGENT

Job Description

You will join our team as a junior reservation agent. You will be in charge of making reservations of accommodation, activities, transfers in Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia and South Africa, on behalf of our clients. You will be in direct contact with our suppliers and  be responsible for checking that all is in order for a client’s trip. Besides this, you should be able to maintain a database and all the information regarding clients, suppliers and trips details.

Tasks:

• Book accommodations, activities, transfers
• Collect invoices and vouchers, make payments
• Resolve issues with suppliers and bookings
• Maintain clients information and suppliers data
• Assist in keeping the financial book

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Tourism and Hospitality or Administration
• Good communication skills both written and verbal in English
• Excellent computer skills (email, office tools such as Excel and word)
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Rigorous work ethic
• A basic knowledge of French is an added advantage
• Experience in tourism industry is an added advantage
