Job description
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing a proficient level of technical assistance for VBN customers. These responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving network issues, and configuring operating systems via in-person, phone and web-based communication for VBN clients. The Technical Support Engineer will own and resolve customer support issues while excercising judgement in escalating issues within defined practices and policies

Requirements
To qualify for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field like Computer Science. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus
