Management Secretary – Premium Nickel Resources

The primary purpose of the Management Secretary is to provide an effective administrative support function and secretarial service to senior management. The incumbent will be responsible for receiving visitors and screening all incoming calls as well as handling all inquiries/queries and escalating more complex ones to the supervisor. Managing the Senior Management diaries and alerting them timeously on key business issues.

Qualifications:

• O Levels plus Higher National Diploma Secretarial Services
• 3 – 5 years as secretary for senior management in a fast-paced mining environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate PNR values and core competencies
