Job Description
To implement, enable, scale, entrench, engage and commercialise the HNW client value proposition/s and life journeys in country in collaboration with other Segments, digital and eCommerce, Engineering and country stakeholders through the client engagement platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Degree in Business Commerce or related field
- Certificate of Proficiency: Long & Short Term
Experience: 3-5 years

- Experience in the design and delivery of client propositions across client segments.
- Relationship management and digital proposition experience dealing specifically with high net worth clients (e.g., tax, trusts, investments, deal structuring, etc.).
- Experience in leading, integrating and delivering solutions through multi-disciplinary teams.
- Understanding of digital, open banking and platform integration into the HNW segment.
Additional Information
Key Responsibilities:
- Make client level pricing and risk decisions within framework and apply joint decision making on goals and objectives for multi-functional squads within Client Coverage.
- Lead and execute the HNW client value proposition, related toolbox(es) and client journeys in country and customises accordingly.
- Track and report on adoption of the strategy and provides feedback to various domains and capabilities (including at client level).
- Implement the client value proposition in country with approved customisations.
- Drive and entrench a consistent client experience through all engagement platforms.
- Stay abreast of market and competitive developments in order to provide input to innovative and value-added services to gain market share.
- Accountable for the achievement of the segment financial and non-financial metrics (e.g. client attrition, profit growth and return on investment, etc.) in line with CHNW Clients requirements and in close collaboration with country, other segments heads and Client Solutions.
- Ensure that remedial actions are defined and implemented in collaboration with country, other segment heads and Client Solutions.
- Accountable for risk management and adherence to all governance standards for the continued sustainability of the segment in country.
- Develop appropriate recovery and resolution plans to protect the segment from any untoward event.
- Ensure satisfactory audits and ensures that there are no repeat unsatisfactory findings as gauged by operational losses.
