Requirements

• Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical / Mining Engineer) 5-7 years of working experience
• Track record in leading/managing people in a team-based and participative environment (experience in managing a service operation advantageous (Critical
• Sound business and financial acumen
• Exposure to business planning /budgeting processes.
• Sound knowledge of the Botswana Mines, Quarries, Works, and Machinery Act (with sound knowledge of safety rules and regulations).
• Sound business communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to develop internal and external customer relations.
