The following vacancy exists within First National Bank
Report to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the successful Incumbent will be responsible for defining, planning and executing the Channel Segment marketing strategy that supports revenue generation and Improved profitability across the business The Incumbent shall act as brand custodian in the extension of the brand development and tho application of the brand across the different points of presence for FNB Botswana
Tho successful Incumbent will be responsible for
- Develop and implement the Channels Segment (Digital Banking Alternative channels & Contact Centre) marketing strategy In fine with the Bank’s overall strategy, adhering to an approved budget
- Manage, lead, coordinate and execute all Channels Segment events and marketing initiatives
- Identify and Execute sponsorship opportunities available to grow the Channels business
- Successfully develop. Implement and monitor marketing strategies that enable the growth of the Channels business
- Provide Marketing Analytics for lead generation
- Monitor, review and measure return on investment for marketing spend
- Act as a liaison between Channels. Agency and the media for all advertising and promotional needs
- Coordinate production of product literature (pamphlets & posters) and timeous distribution of product pamphlets and branding material for the Channels Segment
- Plan and execute Channels customer engagement forums and product launches
- Ensure compliance by external suppliers with the corporate identity specifications governance and operating framework
- Provide comprehensive competitor intelligence to business and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage Channels marketing communications through digital platforms and traditional media
- Contribute to customer-centricity initiatives to improve customer service scores
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Marketing
- Five (5) years experience In a marketing and communication environment
- Proven experience marketing strategy development techniques and concepts
- Proven experience in media buying, event management and coordination
- Project management
- Usage of advertising channels/ platforms
