Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing all lodge and operational staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the lodge, exceeding guest expectations through establishing a dynamic service culture in the company to work towards achieving the business and departmental objectives, ensuring that the operational standards and procedures of the company are adhered to. To control all stock system requirements and to implement systems to improve overall guest experience and business cost efficiency. Candidates need to have excellent communication skills and excellent organisation skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of all lodge operations and logistics.
