- Ensure On-Site Service line team is appropriately structured to deliver highly effective and efficient services, continuously improving service standards as well as range of services offered.
- Ensure knowledge management of on-site support services, within his/her region and across all affected role-players, is controlled in an effective and efficient manner and in doing so ensure ULTIMATE capability to consistently deliver optimal levels of service to its customers is maintained.
- Ensure stock levels are appropriately scoped for boot stock, effectively managed and duly controlled to ensure on-site support services are appropriately supported to deliver and maintain optimal levels of service delivery.
- The Team Leader ensures quality assurance standards are upheld through appropriate monitoring, evaluation, control and reporting of all aspects affecting on-site services
- Ensures high levels of co-operation with other service lines as well as internal business units / departments in UCSTS to achieve client satisfaction and business growth.
- Create individual development plans for team Leaders
Job Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
Relevant experience in retail services.
- 2 – 3 years experience in the management of staff, cost and customers (SLA).
- Requires flexibility to work long hours.
- Requires frequent overnight travel away from home.
- Requires attendance at frequent internal and external meetings.
Competencies & Skills
Job related skills
- Good understanding of the total UCS business model.
- In depth knowledge of the customer business environments.
- In depth understanding of the client’s SLA’s and how they are set up.
- Good understanding of the retail service lines. – Good knowledge of general management practices.
- Good understanding of key financial and commercial factors.
- Good knowledge of IT trends
