The position is to assist and coordinate all Operational and Marketing administrative works in a microfinance company that was launched 8 years ago. The ideal candidate must be a mature individual with entrepreneurial flair, capable of working with a high degree of autonomy and be able to lead by example.
- You must be a seasoned operator in the administrative and marketing environment. You need at least 3 years’ administrative and marketing experience together with a proven and stable track record, this is not negotiable;
- You must be a result orientated person;
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.
- Management experience in administrative duties would be an advantage;
- Above average people management skills and English communications skills are essential – written and verbal,
- good research skills and attention to detail
