The candidate is required to:

  • Be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of a company’s resources. And thus, supports FEBO’s team by creating, evaluating and optimizing data sets and sales applications
  • To manage the procurement function to ensure the on-time availability of raw materials, components, project requirements and services
  • Sales Forecasting – By recognizing past trends, Sales Operations allows employees to forecast future sales and to set the safety stock limits
  • Responsible for the on-going liaison between key clients and production to ensure that client needs are being met

  • Responsible for providing a technical advisory/support service to internal and external customers
  • Vets and approves the terms and conditions of all tenders submitted by the proposal department
  • Manage the Service Center in line with the company’s key factors of success

Requirements

Experience:

  • 5 years management experience in the Pump industry or related industry
  • Minimum of 5 years experience conducting business in African Countries
  • Basic hydraulic, electrical and mechanical knowledge
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft products and JD Edwards would be an advantage
  • Experience on technical sales

Qualifications:

  • National Diploma in Engineering/Commercial qualification
